This simple, easy to make chicken pot pie was soooo good it demanded seconds from more than one person. We made it using canned refrigerated biscuits. Yum!

Your cast of characters:
Biscuit dough – we used Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
1 10.75 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
1 5 oz. can cooked chicken
1 8.5 oz. can peas & carrot mix
Mix all filling ingredients together.
Scoop the filling to flattened biscuits that have been placed onto a buttered pie iron. Spread the biscuits just far enough that they will hit each other when you close the iron and seal.
If you have ever had one of those cheap frozen chicken pies, you will think this is way better. Plus it cooks just as quickly. Enjoy!
