This is an original. Being on a meatball sandwich kick lately, I just had to try it. It did not disappoint. Easy, delicious and well-recieved in the Mountain Pie Cook-Off.

Judge Comments:

Everyone liked the flavors and the way it cooked. The addition of garlic powder made it tasty. The only suggestion was more of it. Sauce quantities vary by tastes. One judge wanted more sauce, one less. I thought it was just right, but then again, I made it.
