This recipe was unbelievable…something you’d expect in a restaurant, not camping. This entry was a hands down breakfast winner that you must certainly try. And, if you have leftovers, simply cook it up in single slices and top with the banana, walnuts and either syrup or confectioner sugar.

Here’s how you put this baby together:

Assemble your ingredients – cinnamon bread, an egg, milk, cream cheese, banana, and chopped walnuts.
Mix your egg and milk together, dip a slice of bread in it and place it on a hot buttered pie iron. Add a few slices of cream cheese…
Add more
Add some banana slices and chopped walnuts over the cream cheese. Dip you second slice of bread in the milk and egg mixture, place in pie iron and close it up.
All cooked up and topped with a drizzle of maple syrup or confectioner sugar…divine!
